Well we offer a host of protection policies that could help if one of these ever happens to you!

For most people a mortgage is their single biggest financial commitment. Life events such as illness, disability, redundancy or death can lead to families losing their homes and one of our chief concerns is to help you to assess your protection needs and provide you with the right level of cover. As your life changes – new family, getting married, children growing up, etc – we can help you to review your cover and maintain an optimum protection level that suits you. It may look like a minefield but our job is to make it easy for you to make the right decisions for you now and in the future. We source from leading insurance companies to provide a full range of protection options including:

  • Term Assurance / Life cover
  • Income Protection
  • Critical Illness Cover
  • Private medical insurance *

We can also advise on and arrange your general insurance needs such as:

Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance
Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance protects your mortgage repayments in the event that you are not able to work due to accident, sickness or unemployment.

Buildings Insurance
When you take out a mortgage, the lender will require that you have adequate buildings insurance, which insures the property against damage.

Contents Insurance
Contents insurance is often sold alongside buildings insurance. Lenders do not require borrowers to take out contents insurance, however, it is highly recommended that you do.
